The Akashic Records are a metaphysical library of infinite information. Every thought, emotion, and event that has ever and will ever occur is recorded here (past, present, and future). They even apply to animals, plants, places, and events! Each person has their own records that include their soul's entire journey. When we access your personal records, we are essentially communicating with your "spirit team", which can include your spirit guides, ancestors, angels, even your Highest Self.
